In 2024, Taylor founded Bespoke Staffing Agency to meet Seattle's growing demand for top-tier private chefs. His transparent process aligns the unique needs of clients and chefs, fostering seamless, long-term placements built on trust and respect. Bespoke’s personalized service and unmatched industry insight have made it a trusted partner for families seeking elevated dining.

Raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Taylor discovered his love for food working at his family’s Italian restaurant. He earned a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America and, after moving to Seattle in 2012, spent nearly a decade with Ethan Stowell Restaurants at Tavolàta, How to Cook a Wolf, and Staple & Fancy.

In 2024, Taylor transitioned to private chef work, gaining unique insight into the needs of families seeking bespoke culinary experiences. His hands-on expertise helps chefs navigate the shift from restaurant kitchens to private roles, ensuring they bring skill, warmth, and professionalism to every client relationship.
