Introduction & Onboarding

Once you express interest in joining our roster, we’ll conduct an interview to learn more about your experience, skills, and culinary style.​

We’ll follow up with references to verify your qualifications and assess your fit with our clients.​​

Please note: There are no financial or employment obligations to join our roster or participate in the hiring process with Bespoke.

Profile Creation

Upon selection as a qualified candidate, you’ll be asked to provide a recent headshot, high-quality food photos, and an up-to-date resume.​

We’ll create a professional chef profile with these materials, which will be used to introduce you to prospective clients. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your profile before it’s finalized.

Client Opportunities & Matching Process

As new clients join, we’ll compile detailed profiles of their specific needs and preferences and send these to you for review.

You can let us know if you’re interested in being considered for a particular position. We’ll only share your profile with clients for roles you’ve approved.

Interview & Tasting Process

If a client selects you as a candidate, we’ll coordinate an initial phone interview, followed by a trial tasting.

For the tasting, you’ll receive a detailed outline of the client’s dietary preferences to help you curate a personalized menu.

No costs are incurred by you for this process; you’ll be compensated for your time, and the client covers all costs of goods for the tasting.

Offer & Negotiation Assistance

If you and the client decide to proceed with employment, Bespoke will assist in negotiating the terms, acting as a mediator to ensure clarity and satisfaction on both sides.

Once terms are agreed upon, we’ll draft an offer letter for the client’s final approval, which will then be presented to you to confirm the agreement.

Ongoing Support

Our support continues beyond hiring! We provide ongoing assistance beyond the initial hire to ensure a smooth transition.
