Chef Selection & Screening

Profile Review & Feedback

After receiving the chef profiles, you’ll have an opportunity to review and discuss each candidate with us.

We’ll go over each chef’s strengths, experience, and unique qualities to help you make informed choices.

Interview & Tasting

Select any number of chefs from the profiles to proceed to the next stage.​

We’ll arrange an initial phone interview followed by a trial tasting. During the tasting, each chef will curate a personalized menu and prepare it in your home, allowing you to experience their skills firsthand.
Step 5
Offer & Negotiation

Once you’ve chosen the chef you’d like to hire, Bespoke will facilitate the negotiation process, acting as a mediator to help finalize terms between you and the chef.

We’ll draft a formal offer letter for your review and approval, then present it to the chef to initiate employment.
Step 6
Ongoing Support

Our support doesn’t end with hiring! We provide ongoing assistance throughout the chef’s initial 90 days to ensure a smooth transition.
